UPLENS MCHJ built the Uplens app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by UPLENS MCHJ at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This information is collected by UPLENS MCHJ and shared with the third-party services listed below, which process it on our behalf for analytics, crash reporting, notifications and advertising measurement.

If a refund request for an in-app purchase is received from an end user, UPLENS MCHJ reserves the right to provide Apple with relevant information regarding the user’s in-app purchase activity. This may include the following data: app usage time, anonymous account identifier, total amount spent, and total amount refunded.
The Eraser feature lets you remove unwanted elements from your photos. To provide this functionality, the selected images are temporarily uploaded to UPLENS MCHJ’s secure servers, where they are processed automatically. Neither the images nor any derivative data are used for analytics, model-training, advertising, or any other purpose beyond delivering the Eraser service. All uploaded photos and related data are permanently deleted from our servers within 14 days of upload. No data from the Eraser feature is shared with third parties.

In case of an application error, data and information (through third-party services) may be collected from the user’s device under the category of Log Data. This Log Data may include details such as the device’s IP address, device name, operating system version, app configuration at the time of use, timestamps, and other statistics.
